1. Consultation.
​
Prior to touching your carpets, our expert founder and owner-operator Henry will examine the area and hold a preliminary conversation with you to determine how our team can best craft your desired end product. Above all else, this step in the process ensures that you are properly heard and our work is tailored to achieve your desired end result.
​
This acts as a great opportunity to point out any specific discolored spots from stains, and instances of damage that have led to frayed edges and holes in your carpets - we'll plan exactly how to dye and restore everything back to new before we even get started.
​

2. Preparation.
​
Once our scope of work is confirmed, we’ll schedule a time to come to your home and move any necessary pieces of furniture when we arrive.
If you didn’t get the chance to have an in person consultation (which is completely fine, we understand D.C. area commuters coming from Northern Virginia are very busy and do estimates over the phone when possible), we’ll take any necessary measurements when we arrive.

3. Stretching, Dyeing, and Repairing.
​
Once our work is laid out and all furniture is gone, we’ll use our top quality equipment to perform the stretch of your carpet and/or repair any individualized damaged spots.
​
During the dyeing stage we'll specifically match and color each spot to bring things back to new. We're extremely precise, not only about color matching our dye to the original color of your carpet, but where our dye ends up and making sure we actually remediate your discoloration spots, not create new ones.
While we move fast due to our 14+ years of experience servicing Woodbridge, Gainesville, and the surrounding areas, we take our time and pay attention to the small details to make sure your rug or carpet is back to new by the time we’re done.

4. Satisfaction and Revitalization.
​
Once your old carpet is removed, we’ll measure, cut, and fit padding to fit perfectly under your carpet. Having good and properly installed padding is essential, similar to keeping your carpets clean yearly.
Even though padding is invisible to the naked eye, it protects your carpet from the impact of heavy furniture and foot traffic. We’re very meticulous about ensuring a proper padding fit and put an emphasis on the small details that you can’t even see to ensure our job lasts.
