1. Consultation.

You’ll reach out to us and we’ll hold a quick but detailed conversation about the problems you’re currently facing. Not only is this conversation free of cost and commitment, but you’ll receive our owner-operator’s expert opinion on the problems you currently face.
We have a predetermined solution to revitalize anything we encounter. Whether it’s a luxury entryway with limestone and terrazzo, or just your child’s dirty bathroom floors, you can count on us to properly clean the surface with a safe cleaning solution.

2. Pre-Spray, Agitate, and Steam Clean.
​
Once our work is laid out, we’ll pre-spray the tile and grout to eliminate the tough spots and let it sit to truly destroy all of that bacteria, mold, and mildew. Once the solution starts to take effect, we’ll agitate it to get things working and moving.
From there, we’ll steam clean your floors to get things finished off and back to new - just the way every Northern Virginia resident's floor should be.

3. Sealing (Optional).
​
Sealing your tile and grout is a great option to extend the life of our work. If you choose this optional add on, our work will hold its resilience for up to 2 years.
Once your floor is sealed, we’ll hone it with our top end equipment and take our time to ensure you’re left with a beautiful polished finish.

4. Familiarity.

When the job is done, we’ve built familiarity with your floors, you’ve built familiarity with us, and you’re a friend and neighbor for life.
